Services available for the Customers

Airport pick up and drop off - Free during office opening hours at Faro airport during September and October of 2010. Is also possible at Lisbon, Oporto, Funchal and Porto Santo airports with an airport surcharge. After normal service hours the pick up and / or drop off is possible at the airports with an out hours service fee – see terms & conditions.

Delivery / collection at the resort accommodation - Possible at the resorts accommodation in the Algarve coast or other locations which our car rental group have offices along Portugal during office opening hours with a delivery / collection fee of 5,oo €. Other places and locations can be considered with an extra fee of 0,5o € p/Km.

Rent-it-here / leave-it-there:
• Domestic one way rentals are possible and free within the Algarve locations with an office.
• Domestic one way rentals among Faro / Lisbon / Oporto or other locations which our car rental group have offices along Portugal mainland are possible with a drop off supplement.
• International one way rentals are not allowed.

Branches - Several offices of our car rental group provides an extensive coverage and logistic support for travellers along Portugal.

Road tax / Circulation supplement - This is free for the Customer / Driver and supported by Leisure Car.

Travelling Assistance 24 hrs - Service included in the rental price valid inside Portugal with a 24 hours number / line available for drivers, that provides assistance to the vehicle rented and occupants in case of breakdown or accident. For travelling assistance / coverage abroad Portugal, please see terms & conditions, there are territorial restrictions to cross border.

Inclusive car rental rates – Transparent conditions of rental package (no hidden insurance exclusions of vehicle parts!). The price includes all mandatory insurances - comprehensive insurance for the vehicle: third party, C.D.W., theft protection, VAT, unlimited mileage, see terms & conditions.

Vehicles - Are supplied with a free road map and a full tank on renter – driver’s account.

Long-term rentals - Despite that rates on rent-a-car companies are for short rentals, we are at your disposal to provide quotation for longer rentals. Please contact for the best quotation - mail@leisurecar.com.
