The driver – renter is responsible for the damages that may happen to the rental vehicle till the maximum value of the excess (deductible / bail) as below: - 900,00 € for car codes: SMA, SM1B, SM2B, ECC, CVO0. - 1.500,00 € for car codes: EC1D, COE, SW2D, ATI, ATJ, CVP0. - 2.000,00 € for car codes: SWG, CCH, MBF, MBG1, JEN, CVP1, CVQ0, CVR0. - 3.000,00 € for car codes: MI1K, MIK3, ATL, CCK2, MBM, MBV, PLK1, PLX, CVS0, VCT0, CVTT.

Driver – renter may eliminate his responsibility for the Excess (deductible / bail) – both CDW and TP paying an extra daily insurance – Excess waiver – Super CDW as below: - 8,5o € per day for car codes: SMA, SM1B, SM2B, ECC. - 10,oo € per day for car codes: EC1D, COE, SW2D, ATI, ATJ. - 15,oo € per day for car codes: SWG, CCH, MBF, MBG1, JEN. - 20,oo € per day for car codes: MI1K, MIK3, ATL, CCK2, MBM, MBV, PLK1, PLX. Car keys and documents are exclusions.

This coverage is available with a daily cost of 4,5o € for all vehicle occupants.

Drivers under normal minimum age – between 21 and 25 year old depending on car category and code, may be authorized to rent – drive the rental vehicle with the payment of 4,oo € per day, except for car codes MIK3, MI1K, SW2K, ATL, CCK2, MBM, MBV, PLK1, PLX, CVS0, VCT0, CVTT, that minimum age is always 25 year old.

Each extra driver has a charge of 18,oo € per rental, after authorized and mentioned in the rental agreement.

May be supplied on request with a daily cost of 5,oo € each, being the maximum 70,oo € per rental. Note that are mandatory in Portugal for all vehicle occupants till 12 years old, but not taller than 1,5 meters ( +/- 59,1 inches).

Travelling assistance / coverage to go into Spain is possible by request and after authorized has the following fee: - 50,00 € per rental for car codes: SMA, SM1B, EC2B, ECC, EC1D, SW2D, COE. - 60,00 € per rental for car codes: ATI, ATJ, CCH, SWG, MBG1. - 80,00 € per rental for car codes: MI1K, MIK3, ATL, CCK2, JEN, MBF, MBM, MBV, PLK1, PLX.

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank on renter – driver’s account.

Pick up / drop off at the airports is possible after office opening hours (between 24:00 and 07:00 hours) with a late charge of 25,oo € per service.

Pick Ups at the airports have an airport surcharge of 25,00 € - Lisbon, Oporto, Funchal and Porto Santo (at the Faro airport is free for rentals starting in September and October).

Delivery / collection at the resort accommodation - Possible at the resorts accommodation in the Algarve coast or other locations which our car rental group have offices along Portugal during office opening hours with a delivery / collection fee of 5,oo €. Other places and locations can be considered with an extra fee of 0,5o € p/Km.

Rentals are calculated based on periods of one (01) day, each one on a 24 hours basis.

If the vehicle will be returned in advance a refund shall not be expected.

The rental ends at the established day, hour and place agreed. If renter wishes to extend it, must contact and request with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, to the company location office that will consider the permission.

Drivers must produce a valid and full driving licence issued at least one year ago, passport or ID card valid.

Renter – driver must pay rental costs at pick up moment based on prices valid upon reservation for the rental dates. Major credit cards are welcome (Visa, Master, Diners and American Express)

To the renter – driver is requested to make a guarantee deposit till the end of rental agreement by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, DinnersClub and American Express, but not electronic).

- At the airports is from 07:00 till 24:00 hours. - Other offices is from 09:00 till 13:00 and 14:30 till 19:00 hours - Inland offices close on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Public Holidays. - On the 24th and 31st December airport offices close at 19:00 Hrs. - Offices are closed on the 25thDecember and 01stJanuary.

Minimum age is 25 years old. - Drivers under normal minimum age – between 21 and 25 year old depending on car category and code, may be authorized to rent – drive the rental vehicle with the payment of 4,oo € per day, except for car codes MI1K, MIK3, ATL, CCK2, MBM, MBV, PLK1, PLX, CVTT, that minimum age is always 25 year old. Maximum age – there is no maximum age limits for mature renters – drivers.

Reservations are confirmed by car type – code, but make and model can be replaced by a similar one or upgraded due to availability.

Whenever driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, any drugs, toxic products or insanity and negligent driving such as causing intentionally damages to rental vehicle or third parties, acts of vandalism or uses the vehicle in sportive competitions, races, rally or challenges, contests, bets, etc, renter – driver is always responsible for such caused damages and a replacement vehicle might not be considered and as well a refund.

Traffic fines, parking and garaging fees and others due to the use of rental vehicle during the rental period are always at the renter’s - driver’s account and responsibility.

The rental company reserve the right to refuse a rental car to any person considered unfit to drive or who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

With reconfirmation of car reservation will be provided instructions to pick up vehicle at the airport terminal, other location or delivery at local accommodation if applicable.
